OFFSHORE VAWT CONNECT TO INLAND GRID VIA OVERHEAD ACSR TRANSMISSION LINE MEANS & METHODS

The Beck Engineering Co. BEST VAWT 36M with integrated Substation on each Structure... will allow High Voltage - 13.2kV Generator output,, to be tranformed to 35kv/69kv/112kv electrical power to be connected to the Utility Grid vai less expensive methods. Overhead offshore transmission lines are tried and proven. The BEST VAWT 36M can utilize either marine cable or coated ACSR overhead cabling means & methods. Aerial use is far less expensive, much easier to service.

OFFSHORE VAWT TIE TO GRID

Offshore HV Transmission Lines exist, and/or can be built, to allow the BEST VAWT 36M towers, each structure producing 36 - 48Mw, and connected to the Grid. Offshore FARMs can be populated with a greater number of structures, in a closer grid pattern, which translates to less connecting materials.
